From the first dance to the final farewell, here's what you can expect:
The most important part of your big day! Whether you prefer traditional classical songs or modern tunes, I’ll work with you to set the perfect tone for your day.
I also provide your celebrant or officiant with a mic and sound setup so the folks in the back can hear you.
Couples often use cocktail hour to take photos. As for your guests, they will be mingling, catching up, having canapes & drinks, perhaps enjoying a lawn game, photo booth, or guest book.
Ambient music is playing in the background as you and all your guests chat away!
Background music during dinner builds anticipation for the dance portion of the evening. As speeches or no speeches, games or no games are happening, ambient music fills the room as you and your guests can happily chat and drink over conversation.
This is when the venue lights go down, dance lights go on, bar opens, the music should be lively and energetic! I’m throwing out popular bangers that everyone knows but also have the ability to quickly switch it up to cater to different tastes. I handle all technical aspects when you book these services through me, ensuring everything runs smoothly. An onsite sound technician is available for ceremony-only setups.
My team handles all the heavy lifting, from transporting and setting up equipment to breaking it down after the event, so your DJ can focus solely on performing.
No hidden fees - travel within 100km of Vancouver's city centre, delivery, setup, and breakdown are all covered, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.
I’m there for your entire celebration from first guest arrival to last call - except for the ‘DJ Only’ package - where my full-day rate is listed if you’d like me on-site all day. There’s no hourly rate because I dedicate significant time to prep and coordination, such as music programming, coordinating with your planner and my AV team, and ensuring everything is set up and sound-checked to perfection on your wedding day. I’m there for your entire event, arriving early and staying late if needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly and you get all the songs you and your guests want.

If your wedding is in a small, cozy, or unique space like a rooftop, restaurant, penthouse, or similar venue - sometimes chosen for its affordability or personal connection - the price depends on the number of guests. These venues are often intimate, stylish or open concept, so the pricing reflects the setup (1 x DJ setup only) and sound needed for the size of your guest list.

I'm available in two ways:
1️⃣ Either DJ plays between band sets or just for the after-party (for example: 11 PM – 2 AM) after the band and other earlier entertainment.
2️⃣ DJ plays for the ceremony and dance portion but takes a break during cocktail hour and dinner while other entertainment performs.
This covers having the DJ on standby all day to jump in when needed.

No audio setup is provided -hence "DJ only." You must have a professional AV team like ProShow, Showkraft, Encore, Clark's AV or a venue with a built-in sound system approved by me ahead of time with a venue walkthrough (e.g., The Commodore Ballroom, Fraserview Banquet Hall).
A professional AV team is essential because it’s not just about renting equipment from stores like Long & McQuade or relying on friends who are aren't certified sound technicians.
Please note that these prices do not include additional costs like:
Travel: For example, flights, ferries, taxi boats, etc. If you're hosting your event 100km outside of Vancouver's city centre, travel costs will need to be factored in.
Accommodation: If your event requires an overnight stay for me and my team, we'll need our accommodations covered. For instance, if your wedding’s taking place in Pemberton, Whistler, Victoria or the Okanagan, we’ll require at least two nights in two separate rooms. For somewhere like Bowen Island, Sechelt, Sunshine Coast or similar, it would be a one-night stay, minimum.
Rush Fees: If your event has a short setup time (less than 2 hours before guests arrive), this fee ensures we can get everything ready on time without compromising quality. It covers the extra time and resources needed to make sure your event runs smoothly, even with limited set up time.

We personally don't care for the classic 'wedding dance songs' and we were clear about that at the beginning of booking with her and she knocked it out of the park! We love current hits, new hip hop, old school hip hop and she killed it!! So good! She took requests, played our favourite hits and song in between that we LOVED!!! Thanks Pri!! We for sure will use your skills and services again! xo
