AV is scoped separately to ensure the setup is appropriate for your venue, audience size, and technical requirements.

AV equipment examples:
• speakers + subwoofers
• microphones
• stage monitors
• extra setups

• onsite tech support
• delivery, setup/strike
• and more depending on your venue needs

The goal is seamless execution — so your team can focus on the event, not the production.

This fee covers DJ performance and music direction for your event.
I manage musical flow, set the tone, and keep the room engaged throughout the program.

Includes:
• pre-event consultation and music selection assistance;
• DJ performance and light MC support as needed
• coordination with venue staff and event partners
• management of DJ-specific equipment and requirements

My role is to handle musical direction and live decision-making so production details don’t distract from the event itself.

Sound systems (speakers, subwoofers, microphones, and related equipment) and lighting are customized to each venue and quoted separately, based on event needs.

Final pricing is tailored to scope — based on room layout, acoustics, power access, timing, and logistics.
When music and microphones need to move between spaces, it typically involves multiple sound setups.
If the scope expands beyond what was originally discussed, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the updated needs.

If your event is more than 100km outside Vancouver city centre, travel costs will be added. This may include fuel, flights, ferries, water taxis, vehicle rentals, and transportation time.

If setup time is less than 2 hours before guests arrive, a rush fee may apply. This helps ensure we can staff, plan, transport, and set up properly — without compromising quality.
