We’ll assess your space and build the right setup so nothing feels underpowered or overwhelming.
Made for bigger venues, indoor/outdoor setups, or parties that need presence. Built for milestone celebrations, large guest lists, or spaces that need fuller coverage.

• DJ performance + light MCing aligned to your event timeline
• expanded speaker coverage
• multiple zones if needed (ex: patio + main room)
• lighting upgrades, tailored to your space
Ideal when the space, guest list, or flow of the night needs extra presence and planning.

For up to 300 guests — great when dancing is a big part of the night.
Ideal for small venues, community halls, hotel ballrooms and larger homes.
Includes:
• DJ performance + light MCing aligned to your event timeline
• expanded coverage with additional planning, sound, and technical support.
• additional microphones for speeches and announcements
• expanded sound coverage for multiple areas
• to ensure the success of your event, a dedicated audio technician is provided to monitor and manage all sound systems throughout the duration of your wedding.
This is the package for an event you want people talking about the next day. Setup is scaled to your space — not just the guest count.
Ideal when you want strong energy without moving into a full production setup.

Intimate spaces · relaxed flow · background-forward music. Perfect for birthdays, house parties, backyard events, and smaller spaces.
This package also works beautifully when the goal isn’t a full dance floor — just great ambiance, conversation, and a comfortable vibe.
Works well for smaller gatherings, often up to 150 guests depending on the space.
Includes:
• personal consultation with client
• DJ performance + light MCing for up to 6 hours
• one PA system for one area
• one wireless mic for speeches + announcements
• subtle dance floor lighting (optional)
• setup + teardown of all equipment
• timeline support + coordination with vendors
• music guided by the room and moment — requests accommodated when appropriate.
Ideal when you want great music without it feeling like a production.

+ applicable taxes
Final pricing is tailored to scope — based on room layout, power access, timing, and logistics.
If the scope expands beyond what was originally discussed, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the updated needs.
If your event is more than 100km outside Vancouver city centre, travel costs will be added. This may include fuel, flights, ferries, water taxis, vehicle rentals, and transportation time.

If setup time is less than 2 hours before guests arrive, a rush fee may apply. This helps ensure we can staff, plan, transport, and set up properly — without compromising quality.
