For a deeply tailored, high-touch experience where every moving part — travel, timing, logistics, setups — is handled with care so you can stay present. Your people feel taken care of from space to space. This is ideal when:
• ceremony + reception are at different addresses
• travel is involved
• venues are unconventional
• the day requires extra planning + coordination
• multiple setups
• additional entertainment

For a full-day flow — ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing — where timing and transitions really matter.
Includes:
• DJ performance + light MCing
• full sound coverage for 2 areas (ex: ceremony + reception)
• microphones for vows + speeches
• timeline support + coordination with vendors
• setup + teardown
This is ideal when your celebration moves throughout one venue, there are distinct parts to the evening with different areas needing sound coverage and you want intention from start to finish.
base fee from $6500
+ applicable taxes
For smaller weddings where the layout is simple and everything happens in one space. Includes:
• DJ performance
• one small PA system for one area
• one wireless mic
• setup + teardown
• basic planning + timeline review
If your day has multiple locations, timelines, or technical needs, one of the larger packages will be a better fit.
base fee from $3500
+ applicable taxes
Final pricing is tailored to scope — based on room layout, power access, timing, and logistics.
If the scope expands beyond what was originally discussed, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the updated needs.
Pricing includes everything it takes to make the music run smoothly — before, during, and after your event.
That means planning, sound equipment, setup and teardown, and the full performance — not just the time I’m playing music.

If your event is more than 100km outside Vancouver city centre, travel costs will be added. This may include fuel, flights, ferries, water taxis, vehicle rentals, and transportation time.
