WEDDING DJ PACKAGES & PRICING

Pricing includes everything it takes to make the music run smoothly — before, during, and after your event.
That means planning, sound equipment, setup and teardown, and the full performance — not just the time I’m playing music.

I take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure quality and presence.

For a deeply tailored, high-touch experience where every moving part — travel, timing, logistics, setups — is handled with care so you can stay present. Your people feel taken care of from space to space.

This is ideal when:
• ceremony + reception are at different addresses
• travel is involved
• venues are unconventional
• the day requires extra planning + coordination
• multiple speaker location setups
• there are entertainment add-ons (ex. accompanying instrumentalists, party bands, specialty acts and other fun stuff
• any additional elements unique to your event vision.

Final pricing is tailored to scope — based on room layout, acoustics, power access, timing, and logistics.
When music and microphones need to move between spaces, it typically involves multiple sound setups.
If the scope expands beyond what was originally discussed, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the updated needs.

"DJ Pri was incredible at our wedding, playing from 4 PM to 3 AM maintaining all her bubbly energy throughout. She kept the dance floor packed, seamlessly mixing our requests with her own picks. Her transitions were smooth, and she read the crowd well, keeping guests of all ages engaged (not something easy to do at weddings)."

ZACH, GROOM

"Highly recommend DJ Pri! As a wedding planner, I absolutely love working with her—she’s not only professional and easy to collaborate with, but she brings such a vibrant energy to every celebration. She takes the time to understand the couple’s vibe and curates the music perfectly to match. If you want a packed dance floor and a night your guests will rave about, Pri is your girl!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Pri on a 300-person wedding. Her stage presence and her genuine effort to create meaningful, memorable moments—beyond just getting people dancing—are what set her apart. As an event planner, that kind of focus on guest experience is incredibly important to me."

Most in-house venue sound systems are designed for announcements or background music only, not sustained party-level volume. When a DJ is going for high volume such as a party, they can easily surpass the intended audio power handling for the amps and speakers leading to blown speakers or damaged amplifiers. Most DJs have their own systems which are made for high output over extended time frames and can handle that kind of output. It’s definitely advisable to let me/us use our own equipment.

Yes — the Essential package covers up to 6 hours, which works well for most weddings that focus on dancing. Even if you don’t use the full time, the planning and setup is still the same.

Packages are based on scope, not just the venue itself because the same venue can require different setups depending on the vision.  A few details in the inquiry form help me guide you properly. Once I understand how you’re using the space, I can clearly recommend the right package.

why packages, not hours?

I don’t need prior experience at a venue to do it well.
I gather everything needed in advance such as layout, power, sound limits, and logistics so your day runs smoothly without guesswork.  Keep in mind that many venues change layouts, rules, staff and systems regularly — preparation is more reliable than familiarity.

What if you haven’t worked at our venue before?
